Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, or other items. 💼 Not use the unit for unauthorized commercial purposes. 🔑 Not sublease, transfer, or assign the reservation without prior written approval from management. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and other smoking substances. A $500 smoking violation fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the unit. 🔧 Management Access Management may need to enter the unit when reasonably necessary for repairs, maintenance, or emergencies.
