📌 Good to Know - Studio apartment, ideal for 1–2 guests - Second-floor unit - Access requires using a staircase - HVAC closet is locked - Dedicated parking is provided 🏠 Guest Responsibilities To help keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, guests agree to: - Treat the unit and its contents with care and avoid causing damage. - Not bring hazardous substances into the property. - Follow all applicable laws and condominium/community rules. - Keep noise to a reasonable level and avoid disturbing neighbors. - No pets without prior written approval from management. 🚽 Only flush toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, diapers, or other items should be flushed. - Not use the property for commercial purposes. - Not sublease or transfer the reservation without written approval from management. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and illegal substances. A $500 smoking violation fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the property. 🔐 Management Access Management may need to access the unit for necessary repairs or maintenance. For non-emergency inspections or other purposes, reasonable notice will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements. ⚡ Power Outages Power outages caused by severe weather or regional utility issues are outside of our control.
