To help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for everyone, guests agree to: 🚫 Not damage, alter, or remove anything from the unit. ⚠️ Not bring hazardous substances into the unit. ⚖️ Follow all applicable laws and condominium/community rules. 🤫 Respect neighbors and other occupants and avoid excessive noise or disturbances. 🐾 No pets without prior written approval from management. 🚽 Only flush toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, diapers, or other items should be flushed. 💼 Not use the unit for unauthorized commercial purposes. 🔑 Not sublease, transfer, or assign the reservation or rights to the unit without prior written approval from management. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and other smoking substances. A $500 smoking violation fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the unit. 🔧 Management Access Management may need to access the unit when reasonably necessary for repairs or maintenance. Except in emergencies or when immediate access is necessary, reasonable notice will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. ⚡ Power Outages Power outages caused by severe weather or regional utility issues are outside of our control. If a widespread outage affects the property, compensation for affected days may not be available when the outage is caused by circumstances beyond the owner's or management's control.
